It  is high pressure autoclave designed especially for conducting accelerated soundness tests on Cement or the autoclave expansion tests. The unit attached to the side of the housing  has power has power switches and pilot lights for controlling the electric heating unit

As per I.S. 2386, part IV, used for measuring resistant of an aggregate of crushing and determine 10 percent value, consists of a open cylinder base pate, plunger and temping rod.

As per I.S. 1199 consists of a pressure vessel tiger flanged cylindrical measuring bowl fitted with a removable flanged conical cover assembly with a seal in between .A cylindrical stand pipe , which is graduated in air content is fixed to the conical  cover assembly. Capacity: 0.005m3                  0.007m3                  0.01 m3

As per I.S. 2386 part IV for determination of resistance to ear by small size, coarse, aggregate and crushed rock. The drum is rotated at a speed of 30-33 rpm by electric motor through a heavy duty gear. Motor is suitable for operation on 440 Volts. Three phase A.C. Supply.
