Motorised for Bench minting .It is used to prepare specimens of various diameter for triaxial and unconfined compression tests. The apparatus is of cabinet type enclosing the motor coupled to a gear with lead screw speeds as 1/32 and 1/16 in ./min. Speed of disc; 24rpm.
